Dr. Peyyala Nagasubba Rayudu a highly accomplished professional, boasts a wealth of experience spanning both industry and academia. With over 16 years of industrial expertise and 16 years of teaching experience in distinguished engineering colleges, Dr. Peyyala is recognized for a commitment to academic excellence, a passion for knowledge dissemination, and a dedication to bridging theory with practical application. Possessing a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering and also PG in Machine Learning from IISc, Bangalore, Dr. Peyyala has consistently integrated cutting-edge research into teaching methodologies. At present he is working as Professor & Principal at Aditya College of Engineering, Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh, India. Over the course of a 16-year industrial career, Dr. Peyyala has undertaken pivotal roles and achieved signi????cant milestones, contributing not only to the development of technical skills but also in????uencing an enlightened teaching approach grounded in real-world insights. As an educator for over a decade, Dr. Peyyala has created an environment of academic rigor and innovation. Dr. D. Sreenivasulu Reddy

Dr. Dayyala Sreenivasulu Reddy is a highly accomplished academician and professional educationalist with extensive experience in both the software industry and engineering education. With over 7 years of software industry experience and 17 years of teaching experience in reputed engineering institutions, Dr. Reddy is known for his commitment to academic excellence, innovative teaching methodologies, and dedication to bridging theoretical concepts with practical applications. Dr. Reddy holds a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering and dual M. Tech degrees — one in Heat Power Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, and the other in Computer Science and Engineering (Artifical Intelligence & Machine Learning) from JNTUA University, Anantapur. His strong technical background and multidisciplinary expertise have enabled him to integrate modern research practices, emerging technologies, and industry-oriented approaches into engineering education. Currently, Dr. Reddy serves as Professor and Dean – Placements at Aditya College of Engineering, Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh, India. In this role, he actively coordinates campus recruitment drives, industry collaborations, internships, aptitude training, and skill development programs, helping students enhance both technical and professional competencies required for successful careers. With significant exposure to software development, technical training, and project management, Dr. Reddy has contributed extensively to academic innovation and student development. He has also contributed to textbooks, MOOCs course development, and multidisciplinary engineering learning resources, continuing to inspire students through his dedication to teaching, mentoring, and institutional growth.
