E learning involves applying technology and electronic media to attain knowledge. Connectivism outlooks knowledge as a fluid entity circulated through technology- enabled networks that foster interactions between individuals, organizations, and societies at large. E-learning is intermediated by technology, similar as the World Wide Web, intranet, andmulti-media based computer applications. Based on this conceptual framework, medical classes can benefit from enhanced communication and knowledge exchange using technology. Commone-learning educational designs in clinical field include online and offline computer- based programs, open online courses, virtual reality environments, virtual patients, mobile learning, digital game- based learning, and psychomotor skills training. The COVID- 19 epidemic has challenged stepping down from traditional classroom and bedside training and evolving additional flexible course delivery.
