Dr. Kuldeep Singh Kulhar

Dr. Kuldeep Singh Kulhar obtained his Bachelors in Civil Engineering from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur (Rajasthan) and then Master’s in Transportation Engineering from MNIT, Jaipur. He earned his doctorate at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur. The author retired recently after a distinguished career in various departments including NHAI, JDA and RSRDCC with a vast field experience of 38 years in Highways, Buildings, Thermal Power Plant and Hydel Power Projects etc. His area of specialization includes Soil Fiber Reinforcement and Rut Resistant Bituminous Mixes for Heavily Trafficked Road Stretches. He has been a brilliant student throughout his academic career. To fulfill his academic, research and consultancy interest he has stepped in the field of teaching and presently working as Professor in Vivekananda Institute of Technology, Jaipur (Rajasthan). He has published nine research papers in various international research journals. This book is an outcome of his research work carried out for the Master’s work in the field of Rut Resistant Bituminous Mixes for Heavily Trafficked Road Stretches.
