Dr.GAYETRI DEVI S.V received her Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai, M.Tech Degree in Computer Science and Engineering with Distinction from Sastra University, Thanjavur and B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Pondicherry University. She is currently working as a Head of Training and Development in Thiramai LLP and is instrumental in training of core software courses and development and delivery of training courses in the area of Software Engineering. Drawing on nearly 15 years of Industry and Academic experience, her initial experience encompasses employment as a Technical staff at HCL Technologies. At HCL, she worked extensively in Testing and Runtime Analysis of Avionics Software. Subsequently, she served as a Faculty member in SSN School of Advanced Software Engineering at Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar (SSN) College of Engineering, Chennai, and imparted training on the Best Practices of Software Testing and Change and Configuration Management to the students in addition to customized training programs in Software Engineering to clients like DRDO and was the program coordinator for MS-IT Degree program offered by Carnegie Melon University, USA at SSN SASE. She then worked at Senior Training Consultant in MGP Builders and Developers Private Limited, Chennai with immense experience in the implementation of Training solutions by conducting formal class room courses, workshops, seminars, and one on one training with end users(onsite and remote). She has hands-on experience in planning curriculum, developing training programs and customizing teaching modules for client software and Software Engineering courses. Then, she worked as Head of Training and Development in CP Business Center LLP, Chennai. During her tenure as Head of Training and Development, she has teamed with Senior executives and peer faculty in coaching and mentoring consulting technology professionals and clients on individualized test solutions to meet customer expectations. Her main areas of work and interests include Software testing and Automation and Software Quality Assurance of Real Time Software.
