The phenomenon of migration is as old as human history itself. Earlier it was limited but it increased significantly with the industrial revolution. Dr. Masoud Bashar Tullah is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology, School of Social Sciences, IFTM University, Moradabad (India). He did M.A and Ph.D in Sociology from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He has more than four years of teaching experience at both Undergraduate and Post-Graduate level and research experiences in different capacities. He is also taking the responsibility of Head, Department of Sociology at IFTM University since its inception.
