Dr. Tanveer Akhtar Khan

Dr. Tanveer Akhtar Khan is a distinguished academician and researcher in the field of Botany, currently serving as an Associate Professor and Head of the Department at H. J. Thim College of Arts and Science, Mehrun Jalgaon, Maharashtra. With 13 years of dedicated teaching experience at the undergraduate level, he has consistently contributed to academic excellence and student development. Dr. Tanveer Khan earned his Ph.D. from North Maharashtra University and has established himself as a prolific scholar. He is the author of 10 books and has published 78 research papers in reputed journals. In addition, he has contributed two book chapters, holds one patent publication, and has successfully completed four Minor Research Projects, with one additional minor research project ongoing. Currently, three Ph.D. scholars are pursuing their research under his guidance. An active participant in the academic community, Dr. Khan has presented his research at more than 45 national and international conferences. His areas of expertise include Angiosperm Taxonomy, Plant Anatomy, Ecology, Biodiversity, and Plant Conservation. In recognition of his significant contributions to biodiversity conservation, he has been honored with the Vasundhara Mitra Award from Kirloskar Vasundhara and the Paryavaran Bhushan National Award 2025 from Desh Ki Baat Foundation, New Delhi. Beyond his academic and research accomplishments, Dr. Khan actively contributes to institutional and academic governance. He serves as a Member of the Board of Studies in Botany at North Maharashtra University Jalgaon and plays a vital role in academic planning and development. His commitment to education, research, and environmental sustainability continues to inspire students and peers alike.

Dr. Namdeo Bhagwan Admuthe

Dr. Namdeo Bhagwan Admuthe is working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Botany, Shri Sadguru Gangageer Maharaj Science, Gautam Arts & Sanjivani Commerce College, Kopargaon, Dist. Ahmednagar PIN 423601. He has almost 20 years of teaching experience. He has completed Ph. D. from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. He is recognized research guide of Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. He has published 26 research papers in reputed National and International Journals. He has attended many National and International conferences

Dr. Kalpit Ganesh Mhatre

Dr. Kalpit Ganesh Mhatre is currently working as an assistant professor in botany at New Education Society's Shriram Kusumtai Sadashiv Vanjare College, Lanja District Ratnagiri, Maharashtra State. He has total teaching experience of 10 years at UG level. He has completed his Ph.D. from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Mumbai. He is the author of 10 books and editor of 19 books. To his credit he has 21 research papers in UGC CARE list and has written 60 chapters in various books. He also has 03 patent publication to his credit. He has vast experience in the field of Plant Taxonomy, Ethnobotany, Molecular Systematics, Ecology and Anthropology. Apart from academic work, he has been engaged in administrative work also. At institute level, he is being working as a Nodal Officer for various schemes such as Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA), All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE), National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), Kalam Program for IP Literacy and Awareness (KAPILA) and Atal Ranking of Institution on Innovation Achievements (ARIIA). Dr. Mhatre is a President of Institutional Innovation Council (IIC). He has been designated as a District Sustainability Mentor (DSM) for Ratnagiri District by Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India, Hyderabad.
