Dr Javed Iqbal is a distinguished nursing professional with over 13 years of extensive experience in the field. He has authored and co-authored more than 70 papers published in reputable international journals, showcasing his commitment to advancing nursing and healthcare. Graduate from Pakistan and Harvard University, Pursuing PhD Degree in Advance Nursing Management from University Of Malaya. His research encompasses a wide array of topics, reflecting his dedication to enhancing evidence-based practice and addressing critical issues within the healthcare sector. Currently, he works in the Nursing Department at the Communicable Disease Center Hamad Medical Corporation in Doha Qatar. In addition he is serving as a Hybrid visiting Faculty member at Karachi Kings College of Nursing and Hybrid Visiting Assistant Professor at Institute of Health Care Management and Development in Peshawar/Islamabad. Javed’s contributions to nursing education, research and Nursing Leadership highlight his passion for improving healthcare delivery and outcomes.his tenure, he has been dedicated to clinical excellence and innovative research.

Mr.Mir Mohd Aftab uz Zaman is the A/Director of the Nursing Communicable Disease Center, Hamad Medical Corporation, and a distinguished Nursing leader with 35 years of experience shaping and advancing the Nursing profession. Renowned for his visionary approach, he has significantly influenced Nursing practice and leadership through his extensive expertise and strategic insights. Throughout his career, Mr. Zaman has held various pivotal roles in Nursing leadership, demonstrating a profound commitment to enhancing patient care and advancing Nursing standards. Ms. Mona Hassan Ali Al Farhan is a dedicated Nursing Assistant and Executive Nursing Leader with over a decade of experience in the healthcare sector. Mr. Awad Amayreh

Mr. Awad Amayreh is a Manager of Risk and Quality Improvement at Communicable Disease Center, he has more than 15 years of experience in quality, Risk Mangement, patient safety, and Joint Comission Accreditation standards. He is Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and certified Improvement Advisor (IA) from Insistute of Healthcare Improvement (IHI). He is expert in implementing and introducing quality concepts in healthcare organizations. He earned his Bachelor degree degree in Nursing (BSN) from Jordan University in 1999, and completed his Master degree in “Quality and Patient Safety in Healthcare Management” in 2015 from Royal College of surgeons – Ireland (RCSI). Mr. Awad also appointed as Person-Centered Care Specialist at Communicable Disease Center (CDC) in addition to his role as Manager of Risk and Quality Improvement. He is responsible for promoting and fostering Person Centred Care (PCC) culture through continuous planning, supervising, facilitating, and implementing PCC concepts and practices.
