He is expert in implementing and introducing quality concepts in healthcare organizations. He earned his Bachelor degree degree in Nursing (BSN) from Jordan University in 1999, and completed his Master degree in “Quality and Patient Safety in Healthcare Management” in 2015 from Royal College of surgeons – Ireland (RCSI). Mr. Awad also appointed as Person-Centered Care Specialist at Communicable Disease Center (CDC) in addition to his role as Manager of Risk and Quality Improvement. He is responsible for promoting and fostering Person Centred Care (PCC) culture through continuous planning, supervising, facilitating, and implementing PCC concepts and practices.
