Javed Iqbal is a distinguished nursing professional with over 13 years of extensive experience in the field. He has authored and co-authored more than 70 papers published in reputable international journals, showcasing his commitment to advancing nursing and healthcare. Graduate from Pakistan and Harvard University, Pursuing PhD Degree in Advance Nursing Management from University Of Malaya. His research encompasses a wide array of topics, reflecting his dedication to enhancing evidence-based practice and addressing critical issues within the healthcare sector. Currently, he works in the Nursing Department at the Communicable Disease Center Hamad Medical Corporation in Doha Qatar. In addition he is serving as a Visiting Faculty member at Karachi Kings College of Nursing and Vesting Assistant Professor at Institute of Health Care Management and Development in Peshawar/Islamabad. Javed’s contributions to nursing education, research and Nursing Leadership highlight his passion for improving healthcare delivery and outcomes.

Hashem Abu Serhan, Department of Ophthalmology, Hamad Medical Corporation, Doha-Qatar. He has special interests in education, teaching, and research. He is a peer reviewer in more than 15 journals, including top ophthalmology journals like the British Journal of Ophthalmology and the American Journal of Ophthalmology. He is an associate editor in 2 journals. He has over 100 published papers, most of which are in Q1 journals. He published one book about the fundamentals of cataract surgery which was announced officially in CataractCoach.com. He has published articles in Eyewiki, the official website of AAO. His work was cited in official guidelines like CDC, books, and websites. He presented abstracts and posters in highly prestigious local and international meetings, including ESCRS, AAO, Euretina, ARVO, MEACO, ESO, APAO ...etc. He launched recently a YouTube channel. Dr. Adeya Alharami is a Prominent Sr. Consultant Ophthalmologist specialized in Anterior segment surgeries. Dr.Adeya’s passion to surgical ophthalmology drove her to start her fellowship in Cornea and anterior segment surgeries early in her carrier since 2013 and with a combination of strong passion ,consistency and excellent surgical skills she navigated her carrier up to the level of a senior consultant and one of the few in Qatar doing smile refractive surgeries and corneal transplants.
