Authors: Dr. Anil Gattani, Dr. Ajeet Kumar, Dr. Anjay, Dr. Pramod Kuma,
Publish Date/ Year : July 2022 | Format: Paperback | Genre : Medical Science | Other Book Detail

T he gene and genome technologies have made enormous strides in the past several years for the biology and medicine. One of the most noteworthy accomplishments has been the sequencing of the first human genomes, which has laid the foundation for profound insights into human genetics, the intricacies of regulation and development, and the forces of evolution. Complete genome sequences of many organisms have been determined and published. The availability of these genome sequence data is transforming the ways in which computational and experimental biology using these organisms are being done. Identifying genes and their function is an important application of gene technology. Consequently, there is increased importance of computational and analytical techniques to retrieve and study the biological data. Furthermore, to cater the ever-increasing demand of food of world population, genetic selection of plant or animals is required.
