Dr. Jamaluddeen Ahamad is currently working as an assistant professor in Zoology at Government Girls Degree College Ahiraula, Azamgarh District Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh State. He has total teaching experience of 5 years at UG level. He has completed his Ph. D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He was National Post Doctoral Felloor (NPDF) at South Campus, University of Delhi. He has published 6 research papers in repured international journals and has written 03 chapters in various books. He has vast experience in the field of Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, RNA Biology, Ecology and Bioinformatics. Apart from academic work, he has been engaged in administrative work also. Dr. Chandan Kumar Jana is presently working as an Assistant Professor of Botany at Kandi Raj College under the Kalyani University of Murshidabad district in West Bengal. He has total 16 years teaching experience at UG level of various University. He has completed his Ph.D in Forest ecology and Soil science from Bhavnagar University. Gujarat and having more than 4 years Post Doctoral research experience. He has published more than 15 research papers including book chapters in different National and International Journal. He has great knowledge in the field of Pliycology, Mycology. Plant Taxonomy and Ethnobotany. He is a life member of The Indian Botanical Society. Ele is also an editorial board member of International Journal of Science, Engineering and Technology (USKT). Apart from academic work, he has been engaged in administrative work also. He is highly dedicated to his profession and teaches his UG level student with utmost passion.

Dr. Kalpit Ganesh Mhatre

Dr. Kalpit Ganesh Mhatre

Dr. Kalpit Ganesh Mhatre is currently working as an assistant professor in botany at New Education Society's Shriram Kusumtai Sadashiv Vanjare College, Lanja District Ratnagiri, Maharashtra State. He has total teaching experience of 10 years at UG level. He has completed his Ph.D. from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Mumbai. He is the author of 23 books and editor of 19 boolo. To his credit he has 21 research papers in UGC CARE list and has written 59 chapters in various books. He also has 03 patent publication to his credit. He has vast experience in the field of Plant Taxonomy, Ethnobotany, Molecular Systematics, Ecology and Anthropology. Apart from academic work, he has been engaged in administrative work also. At institute level, he is being working as a Nodal Officer for various schemes such as Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA), All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE), National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), Kalam Program for IP Literacy and Awareness (KAPILA) and Atal Ranking of Institution on Innovation Achievements (ARIA). Dr. Mhatre is a President of institutional Innovation Council (IIC). He has been designated as a District Sustainability Mentor (DSM) for Ratnagiri District by Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India, Hyderabad.

Mr. Vishal Hart Gurav is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Commerce Department at New Education Society's Shriram Kusumtai Sadashiv Vanjare College. Lanja District Ratnagiri, Maharashtra State. He has total teaching experience of Seven years at UG level. He holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com.) degree and has qualified UGC-NET and SET. And also, he is pursuing doctoral research in the area of Working Capital Management of selected fruit processing units in Ratnagiri District from R.P. Gogate college of Arts and Science and R.V. Jogalekar College of Commerce College (Autonomous), Ratnagiri. His academic interests include financial management, research methodologys and rural industrial development. He has contributed significantly to academic research, with five research papers published in journals and one book chapter to his credit.
