Dr. Pranali Sunil Fokmare

Dr. Pranali Sunil Fokmare has completed her Master's in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy from Ravi Nair Physiotherapy College, DMIHER (DU), Sawangi Meghe, Wardha, Maharashtra. She has completed her thesis project on physiotherapy management using device in knee osteoarthritis conditions. Her 6 articles which includes review, case reports, protocol, and original article are published in PubMed and Scoups indexing journals that are Cureus, Discovery Medical Sciences, JCDR, and IJAM. Paper and Poster related to her research work on knee osteoarthritis are presented at the MIPTCON 2023 National Conference and Sangam Physiocon National Conference 2023 respectively. Another paper focusing on wearable sensor technology and its use in physiotherapy was presented at the international conference ITSEMC 2023. She is interested in working more in this field of musculoskeletal physiotherapy in the future.

Dr. Pratik Arun Phansopkar

Dr. Pratik Arun Phansopkar is working as a Professor & HOD in the Department of Orthopaedic Physiotherapy at School of Physiotherapy, Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) Medical College, and Hospital, Sangli, Maharashtra. He previously served as Professor & HOD Musculo PT, Vice Dean of Research and Development RNPC, DMIHER University, where he played a key role in contributing to the institution's R&D growth and success. He accomplished a FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine from the Federation International de Football Association, Zurich, Switzerland, in 2020. As an inveterate learner, he pursued and earned his PhD in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2024 from DMIHER University, Wardha, Maharashtra. He played a vital role in establishing the Centre for Advance Physiotherapy Education & Research (CAPER), Wardha. He has more than 75 Publications. Indexed Publications in high impact factor journals 11 PubMed, 34 Scopus and 30 Web of Science, Conducted various Manual Therapy workshop and Research Workshops at university, Course Coordinator and subject expert for Fellowship in Manual Therapy, DMIHER (DU), had the opportunity for Heading Physio Team at BPL, Vidharba Cricket Association in the year 2021 and 2022, and National Para Athletics Championship 2022, IMAHealth Marathon, Yavatmal 2023 and associated with Sports Science of India, Awarded Best Teacher on National Education Day by DMIHER University. November 2022, Awarded Cureus Laureate by Cureus Journal of Medical Sciences. September 2022. He is a member of the Panel of Reviewers of esteemed Journals, namely British Medical Journal (BMJ), Frontier in Pediatrics, PLOS One, and Associate Editor in Cureus Medical Journal, part of Springer Nature, 4 Patents Published. Holds patents in Smart Mask and Neck System with semi-shadow control, presented more than 10 papers at National and International Conferences. He has also been a judge, chaired sessions at various national & international conferences, and registered more than 10 Copyrights in India in the field of Physiotherapy. He has Published 3 textbooks on OSPE and 3 monographs, and is a Member of the Physiotherapy Education Unit, DMIHER for Educational Research, and Channel Administrator and Deputy Editor for Academic Channel CAPER in Cureus Journal of Medical Science, part of Springer Nature. He is a member of the Association for Medical Education in Europe - AMEE nodal center at DMIHER. He was awarded the “Best Researcher Award” at the Pro-ConTech 2024 National Physiotherapy Conference, Pune – in April 2024.

Dr. Deepali Patil

Dr. Deepali S. Patil: The author has many research publications as a first author such as one case report in the Cureusjournal and another case report in the Indian Journal of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, an original article in the Journal for ReAttach Therapy and Developmental Diversities, one clinical image publication in the journal named PAMJ and also has two reviews accepted for publication in the Scopusjournal.
