This book contains an overview of precision attachment that have been fabricated over a long period of time which emphasize on the more commonly used precision attachments. The number of precision attachments that has been used over the last two centuries is staggering, however many of these were developed for individual situations rather than for common usage. Current trends show an increase in usage of precision attachment especially those involving milled prosthesis which aid in giving better function and are less prone to failure.
