Vijaylaxmi K Biradar is an Architect & is presently working as Professor at PDSS School of Architecture, Kalaburagi, Karnataka, India. She did her Masters in General Architecture from IIT, Roorkee, Uttarakhand in 2001 & B. Arch from Gulbarga University, Gulbarga in 1992. She has presented number of papers at National & International Conferences. She has National & International publications to her credit, including Springer Nature Singapore Pvt. Ltd, Singapore. Her areas of interest are- Vernacular Architecture, Architectural Graphics, Climate Responsive Design, Sustainable Architecture etc.
