Dr. Vivek V Byahatti is a distinguished academician and researcher, currently serving as a Professor in the Pharmacognosy, department at SOPS-SU, located in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. Dr. Byahatti holds both a Master's and a Ph.D. degree in Pharmacognosy/Natural Products Chemistry, showcasing his strong educational foundation and expertise in the domain. He has more than twenty seven years of teaching experience including research.His research interests encompass a wide spectrum of topics, primarily revolving around the exploration of Phytochemicals, Phytopharmacological properties, and the Standardization of traditional medicinal systems. His multidisciplinary approach includes the integration of cutting-edge technologies into drug discovery, drug development, and the optimization of formulation processes, particularly within the realm of natural products. He is an accomplished researcher with a strong track record of contributing to the field of pharmacognosy through publications of more than 35 papers at national and international journals as well as in book chapters, patents and guiding PhD and PG students.

Dr. Jyotiram Arjun Sawale has completed his graduation from Maharashtra College of Pharmacy, Nilanga, Post graduation from Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nagpur University, Nagpur and doctorate from Ram Krishna Dharmarth Foundation University, Bhopal. He has rich experience of 18 years in industry, academics and administration at various positions such as Registrar, Professor and Principal. Currently he is serving as Professor in the Department of Pharmacognosy, Krishna Institute of Pharmacy, Krishna Vishwa Vidyapeeth, Deemed to be University (Formerly Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Deemed to be University), Karad, Maharashtra. He has published many research papers in journals of national and international repute.
