Dr. Ajay G. Pise is a dis nguished professor at Dadasaheb Balpande College of Pharmacy in Besa, Nagpur. He has been recognized with ten pres gious na onal and interna onal awards for his research, including the Best Teacher award from MCOPS, Manipal University. Dr. Pise has served as a Board of Studies (BOS) member at both Manipal University and Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University. His exper se and contribu ons to the field have taken him to twelve countries for presenta ons at interna onal conferences. Dr. Pise has authored and co-authored seven books and has published over eighty research and review papers in indexed, peer-reviewed na onal and interna onal journals. Dr. Pise is serving as Editor-in-Chief, editorial board member, and reviewer of the interna onal journals of repute.

Dr. Ritesh Fule

Dr. Ritesh Fule is an Associate Professor in Pharmaceutics working at Dadasaheb Balpande College of Pharmacy. He brings over 14 years of extensive experience in academics and industrial formulation research. His expertise spans a wide range of innovative drug delivery systems, including hot melt extrusion, 3D printing, microneedles, nanoparticles, liposomes, and controlled-release formulations. Dr. Ritesh has a proven track record of contributing to significant advancements in pharmaceutics, evidenced by 28 publications in high-impact journals with h-index 14, citations 584 and successful collaborations with academic as well as industry leaders. He is reviewer for various journals International Journal of Pharmaceutics, Process Biochemistry, Molecular Pharmaceutics, Current Drug Delivery, Current Biotechnology, Journal of Pharmaceutical Innovations. He has 5 patents, 4 book chapters and 1 book to his credit. He is renowned professor for his dedication to teaching and mentoring, they have guided many students and researchers in the field, fostering the next generation of pharmaceutical scientists.

Ms. Gayatri Tiwaskar

Ms. Gayatri Tiwaskar is an Assistant Professor at Dadasaheb Balpande College of Pharmacy in Besa, Nagpur. She has been featured as a Woman Entrepreneur in Business Icon for her start-up.
