Dr. Indrajit Banerjee

Dr. Indrajit Banerjee, MBBS, MD Is a Professor at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Medical College, Department of Pharmacology, Mauritius. He has a passion for teaching and has actively been involved in the teaching and learning process of Pharmacology since 2008. He has 16 years of teaching experience. He has research interests in clinical pharmacology, pharmacoepidemiology, systematic review and meta analysis, psychopharmacology, drug utilization studies, medical education and COVID-19. He is dynamically involved in research and publications. He has won the prestigious CEA Prize in Neuroscience 2013 from Kerala, India and best paper award at the International Conference on Research Methodology and Scientific Research, 2013 (India). He is involved in guiding various research projects. Apart from teaching and research he is a photographer, trekker and a musician (sarod, classical instrument player). He has published 145 research papers in various peer reviewed indexed journals, published 6 books and 4 book chapters and has presented more than 150 research papers at various international conferences.

Dr. Jared Robinson

Dr. Jared Robinson, MBBS Was born in a small farming town in East Griqualand, South Africa. He has completed MBBS degree at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Medical College, Belle Rive, Mauritius. He attended Merchiston Preparatory School and followed on to complete his high school career at Maritzburg College, where he was awarded valedictorian, was deputy head and held the position of senior prefect. During his days in high school his altruistic and scientific nature led him to become a World Youth WildLife Ambassador where he traveled to Vietnam to represent not only his country but the entire global youth to both educate and host Vietnam's first wildlife film festival in the imperial citadel. He subsequently followed his dream of studying medicine and has been pursuing his medical studies, all whilst publishing articles and original research with the primary focus being on the COVID-19 pandemic, medical education, urology (uro-oncology/surgery), ophthalmology and pharmacology. He has a keen interest in the surgical field. He has published 59 research papers in various peer reviewed indexed journals, published 1 book and 4 book chapters and has presented 46 of his research works at various international conferences.

Dr. Indraneel Banerjee, MBBS, MS, MRCS, DNB, MCh Urology Dr. Indraneel Banerjee is a distinguished urologist and robotic surgeon, currently based in the United States. Born and raised in Kolkata, India, he embarked on his medical journey at the Calcutta Medical College, earning his M.B.B.S. in 2008 and an M.S. in General Surgery in 2012. He further achieved the prestigious Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (M.R.C.S.) in 2013 and the Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in General Surgery in 2014.Specializing in Urology, Dr. Banerjee completed his M.Ch. at Sawai Man Singh Medical College & Hospital in 2016. He pursued advanced training with a fellowship in Minimally Invasive and Robotic Urology at Fortis Escorts Kidney and Urology Institute in 2018, followed by a scientific fellowship in Robotic Urology at OLV Ziekenhuis Aalst, Belgium, and a fellowship in Uro-oncology and Robotic Surgery at the University of Miami, Florida, from 2018 to 2020.Dr. Banerjee has held significant clinical roles, including serving as a Urologist and Robotic Surgeon at Penn Highlands Healthcare in Dubois, Pennsylvania, His research contributions, featured in journals like the British Journal of Urology, Journal of Endourology. World Journal of Urology, Nepal Journal of Epidemiology and BMC Psychiatry, span various aspects of urology and medical education. Dr.Banerjee's expertise has earned him editorial roles and recognition in his field, particularly in robotic surgery and uro-oncology.
