Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) technology has a significant role in the design of semiconductor memories over the past few decades and has overtaken other fabrication techniques. CMOS technology is a fundamental and widely used semiconductor manufacturing process in the electronics industry. CMOS technology is employed in producing various digital integrated circuits, including microprocessors, memory devices, and digital signal processors. Particularly Static Random Access Memories (SRAMs) are crucial components across various microelectronics applications. SRAMs remain indispensable in microelectronics because they offer a unique combination of high-speed access, low latency, low standby power consumption, and reliability. Their versatility allows them to serve a wide range of applications in digital systems, ensuring they will continue to be a crucial component in modern electronics.
