Dr. Dhananjay Madhukar Kshirsagar

Dr. Dhananjay Madhukar Kshirsagar is currently working as an assistant professor in Mathematics and Statistics at New Education Society's Shriram Kusumtai Sadashiv Vanjare College, Lanja District Ratnagiri, Maharashtra State. He has total teaching experience of 30 years at UG level. He has completed his Ph.D. from Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar University, Solapur. He has authored F.Y.B.Com tutorial book for University of Mumbai. To his credit he has four research papers in UGC CARE. Apart from academic work, he has been engaged in administrative work also. At institute level, he is being working as a Nodal Officer for various schemes such as Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) Academic Planning and member of National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF).

Dr. Rahul Mohan Marathe

Dr. Rahul Mohan Marathe is currently working as an Associate Professor in Hindi at New Education Society’s Shriram Kusumtai Sadashiv Vanjare College, Lanja District Ratnagiri Maharashtra. He has published several research papers in various national and international journals and also published chapters in various books. He has also attended and presented research papers in several National and international conferences, workshops and seminars. He is having teaching experience of 36 years at UG level and 14 years at PG level. At college level he handles various administrative responsibilities such as NSS Coordinator , IQAC member and cultural committee member. At present he is designated as a district coordinator of NSS for Ratnagiri District. Currently he is a member of Board of Studies in Hindi at University of Mumbai and also member of Board of Studies of in Hindi. Dr. Rahul Mohan Marathe has been awarded with Paigambar S. Y. Rakhangi Best Teacher Award by Lanja Taluka Patrakar Sangha, Lanja. At university level he has been awarded with Best District Coordinator and Best Area Coordinator for three times. He also is a recipient of Madhu Dandavate Best Teacher Award and Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Award in the field of research by Indian Student Council and Archeology Department of Government of Maharashtra. He has been felicitated with Best Teacher Award by Heritage Culture Society.

Dr. Hindurao V. Sankpal

Dr. Hindurao V. Sankpal has been working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics of Raj. Shahu Arts and Commerce College, Rukadi for last twenty one years. He besides presenting a quality of research work in the national and international seminars and conferences has published research papers in various professional journals. He has participated at the International conference held in Malaysia and presented a paper on the Earn and Learn Scheme, a unique model of facilitating uninterrupted studies of student in the weaker sections. Apart from his post graduate teaching, Dr. H.V. Sankpal is also associated with the distance mode of higher education of Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He is also an active program officer of the National Service Scheme for several years.
