Diabetes Mellitus is one of the most common diseases that are accompanied by
the reports of impairment in cognition, risk of falls and loss of activity during
the daily life. Habitual activities boost mobility and strength, yet may not be
cognitively interesting. Agility exercises are coordinated exercises, reaction
exercises, and dual-task exercises that have the potential to enhance cognition
and balance. In this paper, the authors compare their effects on cognitive ability
and the risk of falls in diabetic adults.
