Stroke is main reason of lifelong impairment, nearly half patients go through persistent upper limb dysfunction, particularly impaired hand function. Task-oriented training (TOT) demonstrated effectiveness in promoting neuroplasticity as well as functional recovery. However, limited evidence exists regarding combined effect of TOT with environmental modifications on enhancing hand function in sub-acute stroke patients.
